CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT:

I hereby authorize Marina Rose, School Of DNA Theta Healing™ to charge my Credit Card, E-Check or Bank Debit Card for Online Seminar Registration, Private Sessions, Books, DVD’s & Gift Certificates purchases which will be completed though Pay Pal. I understand that all online purchases for Online Seminar Registration, Private Sessions, Books, DVD’s & Gift Certificates with Marina Rose, School Of DNA Theta Healing™ are final. All Gift Certificates must be used within six months from the date of purchase. I understand that Gift Certificates are non-transferable and must be used by the Recipient designated in the above order form, and that an Electronic Gift Certificate will be issued upon completion of purchase.

Deposits for Seminars:
Deposits and Fees for all Seminars are non refundable, however they are transferable to other Seminars taught by Marina Rose, School of DNA Theta Healing™ via our Raincheck Program. By accepting these terms, you further acknowledge that should for any reason you are unable to attend a Seminar that you have purchased, you will still be charged in full for the cost of the Seminar and a refund will not be granted, however you will still qualify for a Raincheck for future classes.

Cancellations for Seminars:
To qualify for our Raincheck Program, all cancellations of Seminars must be in writing at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the schedule seminar date. Upon receipt of your cancellation request you will receive a written notification of acceptance.

Online Registration:
Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a binding contractual agreement with Marina Rose, School of DNA Theta Healing™. All fees are non refundable, however they are transferable to any Seminar taught by Marina Rose, School of DNA Theta Healing™ and qualify for a Raincheck for future seminars.
